Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Cancellation within 0-3 Days:
    A full refund is available if you cancel your purchase within 0 to 3 days from the date of transaction. The refund will be processed upon receiving the cancellation request within this period.
  2. Cancellation within 3-5 Days:
    For purchases canceled between 3 to 5 days, refunds are only applicable if:
    • The order is canceled within 24 hours of the transaction, or
    • You are unable to access the purchased product or service due to technical issues.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

  • If the cancellation request is made after 5 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the product or service has already been fully accessed or delivered.

Processing of Refunds
